As one of special food of Indonesia, nasi goreng (fried rice) is very much-loved by the people of Indonesia. Various flavor variations of fried rice can be found in this country, adding more attractions of Indonesian cuisine. This dish is also so popular that almost all the famous restaurants in Indonesia provide nasi goreng as a special dish.
Generally nasi goreng is made with the main ingredients of rice, cooking oil, soy sauce, sprinkled with supplements such as eggs, chicken, salted fish, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and chili. To add taste, nasi goreng is also often served with satay, shrimp, and crackers. An interesting way of its serving methods is also one of the attractions of fried rice.
Generally, nasi goreng is provided in a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Its typical falvour and taste which is normally still warm makes this dish is a favorite for tourists, both domestic and foreign ones when visiting restaurants in Indonesia. In addition to the relatively fast served, nasi goreng can also be made according to taste, spicy, sweet, and savory.
