Kopi Luwak (Civet) coffee is a type of coffee from coffee beans that have been eaten and passed through the digestive tract of animals like civet cat named Luwak (Paradoxurus Hermaphrodirus). This animal is fed with seeds of high quality coffee to make them release feces in the form of coffee beans. This process is called “drying process,” one of several other ones to make coffee. The deliciousness of this coffee is obtained from the natural drying process, very different from those using modern one.
